Mark has a wealth of knowledge. After our conversations on techniques used during interviews, I was able to work out if someone is being creative, honest or was drawing from a memory when answering my questions, just by looking at the direction eyes are going, I was by far better equipped to make the right choice for new employees. Very interesting results!

I completed second interviews with favorites and used the techniques again to test them and the methods were consistent, I felt empowered that I was able to make the best choice possible.

Mark also gave me some great questions to ask, to gain understanding of their ability to work as a team and their ability to motivate them self. Once again, I was very quickly able to see who the best candidates were for the role.

We are now trialing the successful applicant in my company and we are very impressed with what we have seen, observations made in the interview process have proven correct as the individual is able to work as part of a team and on their own and is doing very well.
